First Drive: 2013 Lincoln MKZ

That's correct, I'm just saying we NEED them in the showrooms. Having pricing, options, and everything set does no good without actual cars at the dealerships.
Just seems like an extra long wait for them.

I think their sentiments echo a lot of people here. Not a brand saver at all.

I finally got a chance to sit in one of these today. A friend of mine who is a city offical owns a red one and I have always found the exterior appealing. The interior looked interesting.
Well while the exterior looks great. I cannot say the same for interior. It does not feel luxurious at all. The materials are not very good and there seemed to be a real lack of any luxury. It felt sort of premium.
Kudos on the AWD availability, Lexus should definitely bring AWD to the ES.

I have to agree with you. As a previous 2014 MKZ owner, I loved the design of the interior but the material quality was no better than the Fusion.

The MKZ, though, DID have one thing very interesting going for it. At the time I reviewed it, the hybrid could be purchased (not sure about leased) for the same price as the gas-version. That's quite unusual in the hybrid world.

The one I sat in was close to $50k, I think it was an AWD model. The interior can't hold its own to the superb ES350 interior.
