Default Used '13 GS at my dealer

Saw this GS today while my ES was in for service.
Asking price $46995.
I assume the sticker was just under $56K.Probably can be bought for $45K or under.
I wonder what this person got on the trade in.$41K-$42K?

9300 got to be highway miles.
True but perfect for me if I was interested as I use my car for pleasure and only maybe 6K miles per.
Seems like a decent deal with some haggling. The person that traded took a big hit..Bought it early probably at top dollar.

If someone was looking for a new gen GS but wanted to wait a while and save some money this would be worth looking at. As mentioned, a fair amount of miles already but still no doubt like new.

Not bad of a deal, I wouldn't mind paying 10k less for almost new GS.

If that GS was out here in Cali it would command a higher price tag because of its AWD too

probably a GM's car. I saw the same thing when I bought my GS new back in 07. The difference was there is a better deal on this car.

Why would AWD get more, back home in NY all the cars are AWD cause of the snow/winter, currently here in GA everything is RWD, AWD is rare here

Could be but there was a college student parking sticker on the window..
I don't think a GM's car would be registered with DMV like this was 3/30/12.

Significant loss for the original owner. And potential buyer can probably get it for 42k or so, so that's a great deal for a fairly new GS. I assume those 9k miles are all highway, the only way you can rack up miles that fast.

I commute a lot to work, and I bought a new car in 11/2011. As of now, I already have 21k miles LOL.

Seriously--on a Lexus that's less than 1 year old, I wouldn't care whether or not they were highway miles or city miles. If I was in the market, I'd buy this car, even though I hate that color.

+1. You basically save $15k or so on a basically new GS. I don't get why people buy a newly released car and trade it in/sell them the same year. It doesn't make any sense.
