If you care for your car, don't park it on the street in France.

To be honest, street parking in Hong Kong also takes a high degree of difficulty. Streets are narrow and some roads (like those in Tai Kok Tsui) only have one lane. Street parking is peer pressure.
I would rather pay parking at uber expensive HK$100 per hour parking at IFC or Elements/Union Square..........instead of parking in the street in Hong Kong.

I can't quite make out all the markings on the ground, but was the Ferrari legally parked behind the VW? Looks like the VW was in a marked parking stall and the Ferarri parked behind behind in a no parking zone? Is that what all that yellow x lines are? Anyway, if that is the case the Ferarri owner gets no sympathy from me. I hate when people illegally park just because they think they are better than the rest.

Lil4X It's called "parking by ear".
<VENOM> That is expected in a city with parallel parking, infact those bumps seemed tame, its why you set the e-brake
I was in NYC in manhattan and a brand new Land Rover and RX350 both with temporary tags were parked on the street with a civic parked inbetween, civic leaves and this giant buick pulls up, this old guy with his old *** buick with a sagging rear could not fit but he rocked the **** out of the 2 SUV, horrible to see but it happens everyday.
