I heard it wasn't powerful, but I read one of his posts that indicated it's purpose was for twistin' through the backroads, and drivin' on the street ... In that case he's right You're never gonna need 1000hp to go anywhere in a road race; and you're changing gears so regularly during such spirited sessions, that its not so much about reaching top speeds. Still, I'd like at least 400-450, but, I bet that things so much fun to drive though; I think it's wicked.

for what he has it built for, it's very impressive. Doesn't need to smoke cars in straight lines as long as he can take em in the twisties like he's shooting for. What kind of power did he make? Didn't see any numbers in the vids, 300ish?

I imagine that engine would last all of 6 months out here in dusty **** nevada.

Id imagine to really benefit from that type of setup you would need some big n/a cams and likely some head porting.

id wager that with a good custom cam and porting that thing wouldnt be too short of 300hp and have a mean powerband

I think someone in Japan made an NA Supra with a little north of 300, but again a lot of work had to be done to get there. I think it's somewhere on this forum, i'll look
