Lexus should make:
1. A $45k-$60k two door sport luxury coupe, independent from any sedan, RWD, Turbo V6, 450hp or more, 7 or 8 speed auto with manual shift capability.
2. Bring over Toyota Alphard and name it a Lexus something.
3. A Z4 and SLK competitor.

More hybrid engines (lower displacement and a bigger one for the CT).
GS300h, RX300h, LS450h, CT300h.
HEAVILY improved their current engines in terms of fuel efficiency.
New models such as the CX and LF-LC.
More F vehicles, the GS F for instance.

A new age replacement Toyota Supra for those of us who grew up with the mkiv Supra and R33-R34 Nissan Skylines as our dream cars in high school. Since we are older now and can actually afford these performance beasts, Lexus should make a raw hardcore New Supra to rekindel the fire that we all are so familiar with to shut up all the Lexus/Toyota haters out there. Badge it Lexus to have the prestige and so people will feel better shelling out their hard earned money for it, be proud to say yah "I drive a Lexus". Can I get an amen?

Lexus, IMO, should have two different lines of vehicles. One should be strongly comfort-oriented, like most of their original vehicles in the 1990s were, with soft-underpinnings/tires, wood-paneled interiors, lots of sound-insulation, etc.... The other should be strongly sport-oriented, with stiffer underpinnings, sharper steering, sport-oriented interiors, and more power. They need to stop trying to mix the two of them with ever-more-firm suspensions/tires, sport-interiors, etc..... on even the comfort-oriented models. Apples and oranges, IMO, don't mix when it comes to upmarket-vehicles.
Perhaps nowhere among upmarket/luxury makes will you find a better example of this than in the Rolls/Bentley line.....which are derived from common platforms. Rolls is clearly for those who want traditional luxury and a soft ride; Bentley (especially the Continental R) is more for the power and handling enthusiasts.
