I drive a 2008 Infiniti G35S 6MT which was bought in October 2007 as a replacement for my first car, a 2007 Hyundai Sonata Limited V6 that got stolen at gunpoint and totaled in Mexico. That is my daily driver for school and I plan to keep it until next year when the '14 IS and '14 G37(?) come out. My second vehicle is an '09 G55 AMG that I've had since June 2009, which was shipped back down to my parents in Texas last December as it proved to be risky maintaining up here as it was an attractive target. My parents own several cars, but none of them in the States are a Lexus, except for a few family-owned LXs and GXs overseas which are shared amongst extended family.

Is that an Individual? My mother had a '10 760Li Individual with those V spoke wheels and I think they ride much better than the Star Spokes she ordered on her '11 replacement. The funny thing is that I'm the one who pushed her to get them.

True for me as well. I respect the brand, but as a person that doesnt drive often (commute via subway), when i do drive i prefer to have a bit of fun (manual) and Lexus doesnt gear towards that market.

got the 2007 RX, and a 2000 E46. The latter is likely to be replaced by an F30 next year. I'm not sure if we'd buy another Lexus or not, as the 5 year old RX is not even half as reliable as my 12 year old BMW, and the paint quality is TERRIBLE--rust is about equal between the two, despite the 7 year age gap, and the fact that hers was always garaged and mine never was. But if we did, one likely candidate would be a new GS in lieu of the F30. We're thinking about going used 7-series when the time comes to replace the RX, but a used LS might also be in the mix. That is, if she doesn't insist on an inexpensive convertible--a solara would be her first choice if there was a new model.

I don't currently have a Lexus. I've had a 99 RX, 99 LS, 05 ES, and 05 LS. I was planning on picking up another LS, but my only local dealer has gotten so bad that I won't buy another Lexus unless I move or another dealership goes in here. I love the cars, it's just the dealer that is the problem and the next one is an hour away. So for now I just have an old Lincoln Town Car for a daily driver. I've been looking at the S, 7, and A8, but I really wanted the LS with the executive rear seating package, so I haven't had much motivation to buy another brand just yet.
