WOW. I think the owner of the car is going to be more pissed than the owner of that house. That wall will cost maybe 300-400 to fix. The car is straight up TOTALED

Drunk driver destroyed his Lexus into swimming pool. I dont think the car can run after sink into the pool.

If the driver had full insurance and didn't have an OUI (operating under the influence) restriction on the policy, then yes....the insurance will pay out for the car and the property damage. But its nearly 100% certain they will terminate the policy and drop him right afterwards. In the slim chance they do keep him, his insurance premiums will skyrocket enough to where he probably wouldn't be able to pay on the policy anyway lol
