I've always liked the Venza. Now it looks more like the 2012 Camry that's based on, which is not a bad thing, IMO. I agree with the wheels being too big. This thing has bigger rims than my S550! I think a pretty/classy set of 17 or 18 inch rims would suit the car better. For a non-sport, FWD station wagon, that makes better sense.

The comments on the interior fit and finish are unfortunate. The Venza is otherwise a very interesting car. It has the perfect seat and floor height for entry and exit, and it does not pretend to be an off-roader. For taller people, getting in and out of MPVs and small CUVs is a lot more pleasant than the lower traditional sedans and hatchbacks. The huge wheel arches are another negative, requiring expensive 19-20" rubber.

A nice update overall, I like it . Toyota's new product assault continues. They're leading the pack at New York with 3 debuts including this one (4 even if you count the updated RX).

I love this cuv, but i don't like the mpg. That's the only thing that would hold me back from buying it.

The refreshed RX was actually at the Atlanta show, even though it wasn't widely publicized.

Nice cosmetic updates, but I'd like to see a few changes to the interior. It's time for Toyota to update the GR V6, too. Others have caught up now and MPG needs to improve.

I want to see Toyota's next-gen powertrains as much as anyone, but I am willing to be patient to see them do it right, that they do it the old-school Toyota way, and not rush out the new powertrains like some certain other brands.

This is obviously part of it. The new ES and new Avalon say hello, as does the RX F-Sport . All of them in one autoshow, and it's just the beginning of the product barrage.

you mean having 4cly turbo? because looking at real life info, GR still leading the pack, even in D4S Camry version...
