FU 689 plate in HK would probably get severely harass...........lots of tickets and towing I imagine.

although pointing to the same body part, I have to say 167 in Cantonese slang has a different meaning from Richard in English though

i always think cantonese manage to bring out the emotion in a much better way than most language haha

Richard is Richard, is the same in all languages
