DTM and WTCC. The WTCC is the pinnacle of touring car racing and in the DTM Lexus would get to go head to head with Audi, Mercedes and BMW.

I remember meeting the team once at BeaveRun (a local club track near Pittsburgh). We were working out some details for an upcoming SCCA event with the track manager, and the team was there testing. Would love to find one of those cars today, and swap some parts around to my 300.

ALMS. Lexus would complete against Ferrari, Corvette, BMW, and many other of the other top sports car manufacturers to directly communicate to their largest market (the USA) that Lexus = Performance. Also, with the ALMS's partnership with the ACO and 24 Hours of Lemans, we'd get to see how (presumably) the LFA would perform against the world's best in a variety of settings - street, endurance, and 24 hour endurance.

For me, Ryan, that would be an easy no-brainer of an answer........NASCAR Super-speedways. To me, anyway, they (and the Indianapolis speedway) are TRUE auto-racing. I am not, and never have been, a fan of F1/Champ-Car road-courses, road-rallies, or NHRA-drag-racing.

Toyota, of course, is already in NASCAR with both the Camrys and Craftsman-series Toyota Tundras.

Yeah there's no place for Lexus in NASCAR. Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche and etc are not in NASCAR...Lexus has no place in it either.
