From Autoblog...
this was known for few months... i wonder what will it be compared to Camry Hybrid as previously it had same real life mpg despite being listed as a lot better... I bet most of the difference comes from the fact that Fusion can run at higher mph in EV mode which will be helpful in controlled EPA test but unusable in real life as you cant engage it in normal driving.

Haven't seen pricing posted....

Base S - $21,700
SE - $23,700
SE Hybrid - $27,200
Titanium - $30,200

The Camry Hybrid for comparison is $26,990 for the LE. The XLE is $27,500.
And the Camry H only gets 43/39 (LE) or 40/38 (XLE)

This leaves the Fusion H at 47 mpg combined a much more compelling buy. This coming from a likely Camry buyer. It would be a tough choice for me as a loyal Toyota customer.

After I watch this video, my first impression is its a knock-off of something......Aston front & Masareiti rear. They need to make HID standard on it as the yellow beam look cheap. but overall....its looks nice. It's gonna be a hot sell car!!

Not sure if the Aston grill is a good idea for Ford, but ignoring Aston Martin's existence that s a damn good looking car.

Maybe the look will grown on me, but the front of the car is ugly as hell to my eyes. The back is much better though.

Don't even bring Maserati in the picture....that car company is the cheapest of all.
I remember when it used the VW Jetta (or was it Passat) rear tail lamp assembly, turned 90 degrees. Seriously....

Also, the car looks equipped with full body kit but it was NOT lowered......its like sitting on a jack.

A 2" drop should make it look better

The last-gen Fusion Hybrid got much higher mpg than the last-gen Camry Hybrid too but the TCH still outsold the FFH by quite a margin. I guess brand reputation does matter to a lot of people.

the front end is similar to aston martin for sure, but everything is similar to other things these days.

but the front end looks dramatic and tough, and that's all that matters to me.

27k for 45mpg mixed, and ooks dramatic and strong ? It sounds like a winner to me.

however, I've seen the chinese chasis version of these fusions and it looked kinda on the small side.

Love the way this car looks, but seems expensive once loaded up. Plus not many standard features on low models. Accord, Camry and others seem like the better deal feature for feature, but Im sure Ford will have some crazy deals on these to keep them price competitive. Who knows, maybe looks will actually sell.
