If I ever go out and party, I end up taking side streets home or taking certain stretches of the highway I know most people will not be on after 3am. I sometimes try and leave before all the drunks get out of the clubs or I wait at least an hour after. I remember there was one night this summer, this person in their blacked out car, didn't have their lights on and it was raining like crazy. I am surprised that they didn't get into an accident or didn't get pulled over by the police. I won't go into all the **** I have seen in this city, it is actually mind boggling. I sometimes wish cars were banned or the SAAQ would force people to go back to driving school before renewing their license.
