Seems likely though I wouldn't count out SC500 or alternative names. The 5.0 doesn't necessarily mean it's a F. Base V8 hp in the 6-Series is 445hp and the S-Class Coupe 449hp* which is 30hp and 26hp less respectively vs this '475'hp 5.0 V8 SC (keep in mind those two competitors will have more torque than this NA V8). A top of the line engine (RC F / GS F) in a less prestigeous vehicle can often times be slated for lower powertrain duties in flagship models.

I wouldn't call the LF-LC "full size". its actually shorter than the S class coupe and other full size luxury coupes. And even shorter than Lexus' own RC.

SC seemingly could be pegged against the slated Mercedes-Benz AMG GT (rumored 480 base, 520 amg and 580hp black series) which replaces the SLS (182.6 inches)
In terms of size, the 'LC' may very well still be on the table

Sorry I used the wrong term my mistake. I meant positioning in the Lexus line 'flagship'

the 2 seater AMG GT appears to be more of pure sports car, while the 2+2 LF-LC is more touring oriented.
it could be that a production LF-LC will be larger than the concept and more closer to the size of the S class and that upcoming 8 series.
also being LS related would put it in the same market as all of the above.
