Even Ferrari don't do one-off, all the custom one-off Ferrari are design and built by Pininfarina, like the P4/5 and Stratos.

Exactly, this isn't a one-off (for a special customer). It'll be shown off at the TMS is my guess. What that means for the sedans future is up for grabs. I hope it's more than just a 'special project'. I hope it's more of a testbed or a future vehicle preparation.

My guess is the one-off rumor is not true, Toyota/Lexus is a mass production company, they don't do custom one off coach build project. Unlike RR, Bentley, Bugatti and Mclaren..........where they would make you anything if you got enough money, they never say no, they just tell you how much. They would reconfigure any car for you for a few millions. I think a few millions is nothing for Toyota to make anyone a one off.

i think the SUltan of Brunei had a one-off ferrari station wagon made for him...it was a green on red modena i believe

I just hung up with a Lexus salesman. Not sure if its true but he said its going to be rolled out in 2013 with the new body style and will sticker at $85k. That seems quite low compared to the S63. Its also less than the 600h isn't it? Not sure this guy has it right.
