Out of Warranty
Plenty of these morons plow through deep water sending up a wake that swamps other cars. He easily could have thrown that lady under her car and drowned her. I wonder where Bus 62 was going that was worth that risk, both to its passengers and bystanders? The driver must have been late for an executive board meeting.
