So my friend just asked me for an opinion. He has $100,000 to spend on a BRAND NEW car. He's looking for sport/luxury and a coupe. I told him to get a GT-R and he's looking into it...only concern was a cheap interior! Can anyone throw any idea out? He's not a fan of the M3 either...

I prefer the look of CLS myself... although A7 looks a lot better than on pics, i cant believe they paid for those...

Maybe Panamera? I know it is not an Coupe but it is Porsche.

Does he have to spend 100K? Seems you could buy a C63 AMG, CTS-V or IS-F and have extra change left over for mods or a second DD car

Although there are (admittedly) some reliability concerns with Jaguar products, have him look at an supercharged XKR coupe. An absolutely stunning car. I had the chance to test-drive an XKR convertible last December (I wrote up a review on it), and driving it was like dating a supermodel.

With that said, e63AMG, M5, or a Carrera would be fantastic additions to the sporty luxury
