Default Mercedes Benz Concept A-Class

Gorgeous, to be honest. Except for the warp speed grille.

What an incredibly expressive little hatch. I'm glad they moved away from old tall and tippy form factor of the original A-class and down to the normal small hatch size. Hopefully a lot of this translates into production; Mercedes concepts are usually pretty close to real life.

Super sleek.

I like it.

Grill has potential if they tone it down. A nice breath of freshness instead of slats/grills.

Wheels are too overwrought.

Love the side mirrors with integrated turn signals.

Looks nice...now I'd like to see how it translates to a $20K production car.

This is starting to look a bit like the 1-series BMW, but I have to say a lot better looking than that previous A-series I got used to in Mexico (and almost bought as a second car).

looks like 5 door production version will end up looking similar to CT... it is FWD afterall, and they will have to have bigger trunk.

I'm not feeling the SLS type grille, but the rest of the car looks nice. I've been wishing MB to bring the A & B class over to the US. A B200 Turbo would be nice here.

I see styling cues of a BMW, Lexus, and Audi.

Looks nice though.

The BMW cues are no coincidence. The person who designed this:

...was hired away by Mercedes before he could design any more BMW's, lol

While it looks good, it also looks like a Hyundai. What the hell happened to classic Mercedes design?

I like it.
it's progressive. A car company can't keep sticking to its roots, or else it will end up like jaguar (until recently).

and that grille mesh spiral pattern looks awesome.

So when's the 2-door CT gonna come out ?

Remarkably similar to the VW Scirrocco if you ask me.

Love it, especially those headlights. Not so much the grille and never was a big fan of hatch backs. Make it a coupe and RWD and I'd be all over it.
