correct, it has no center diff, but rather a T-case like a traditional 4wd. But thats how GM's and Ford's auto 4wd operate as well. It still operates the same way a traditional 4wd system, It just has sensors to detect slips and operates accordingly.

As always Mike... STELLAR!!!

So if I'm reading right, Silverado still takes slight lead over this and Ford F-150 head-to-head, with reliability biggest drawback. 4WD seems like the other issue. I agree, great improvement for Dodge... can't wait til you get ahold of a Durango R/T!!!

On another note, FANTASTIC to hear you are doing so well... keep it up my friend!!!

Thanks, Russ .............almost stellar. I didn't catch the auto-4WD option.

Well, long-term reliability, of course, is an unknown issue with this relatively new Ram design.

I take it that is a review request?

Thanks. I'm back to almost normal. My only restrictions, now, are no strenuous upper-body excercise, no heavy lifting, activities where I have to push up strongly with my arms (Getting up from a bathtub, getting up from kneeling, etc....) and still having to lie on my back in bed to keep side-pressure off the sternum. That will go on for quite a while yet. Otherwise, my life is back to normal (including reviews )....has been for over a month.

OK.....It's on the review list now, when it's released. I didn't get around to test-driving one of the old blue and white Shelby Durangos.......remember them? Almost wish I had.
