Lexus is not going to put any manual transmission on a limited production vehicle. They didn't put it on the LFA; they surely won't use it on the IS-F.

Lets not forget either, for every modified IS or one driving hard or with with F-sport parts there are 500 bought by people that want a good looking small luxury car and don't drive it hard.

Lexus has to please both people.
