I'm gonna go against the grain I like the look but that's cause I like liftbacks.

Most of today's Cadillac styling, regardless of model, goes back to the original Evoq concept car. I am not a terribly big fan of that chunky-look front/rear styling, but I have to admit it is different, and a refreshing change from the today's ocean of cookie-cutter, aero-look, jelly-bean vehicles. And the nice Cadillac grilles don't look as garish as they do on rival Lincolns.

Yes agreed it's different, and it has a lot to do with mediocre aerodynamics too I suspect.

Unfortunately it really wouldn't matter to me if this car had 1,000 hp and cost $20,000. The entire back half of it is hideous and reminds me of a C230 hatch. Bleh

I wish this car was appealing to me. Everything about it is simply amazing, but I can't get over the styling. Same with the sedan.

Thats it....I couldnt think of the little ugly benz that had the same rear end. Why would anyone get the 2 door over the 4 door. I hope the 2 door is lighter than the 4 door. This not sometimes very difficult because of the support beams that have to be designed into the door for side impact protection. Look at the G37.......it weighs as much as my fat *** GS350

The entire CTS line up makes for a handsome looking car, but how much longer are they going to keep this body style around before a re-do?? The sport wagon, just came out and the coupe isn't even out yet. Does this mean this body style will be out for at least another 4 years or so? I would hate to see the CTS end up having the same fate as other cars like the PT Cruiser (a big hit, but no re-design for what 8-9 years??)
