Wow! Perhaps in a couple of years I can make THIS car my weekend car! What do you guys think? Jesus, they came down a lot in price over 2 yrs time. What was the original sticker? $90K?

Either way...this is an impressive buy!

Misprint maybe?

KBB on the ad comes out to 75k retail. Even private party price in good condition comes out to 67.5k.

Not a misprint. Dealer just confirmed the price via phone...

I thought they start at $70K? Excellent sports car. Can't help but to look at it whenever I see one.

Actually I think in 2009 when they came out the sticker price was substantially lower than it is now...check out the GT-R forums I have heard some owners talking about $8k brake jobs for this vehicle.

yep, heard this is true!

that's why I'd prefer a Z06...I think they're more reliable and will be for years to come.

I like this GT-R better...1200 miles for $67K

/\ /\ Ahh jason60050 beat me too it. Yeah i think the lowest price anyone can get for the brakes is like 4k for the rotors/pads..

But yeah Rock... This would be THE car to get... especially since it can outperform almost everything 2 times its price.

Hell there is one in Houston for $55k

might as well buy a used f360 modena if you are going to spend 15k on a tune up, at least youre driving a ferrari and not a nissan

A Nissan that will completely and totally shat all over the 360 in every performance category. The interior is better in the Nissan and the paddles are wayyyy better than the notorious F1's in the Modena. Really only a badge whoor would choose the Ferrari just to say they drive an old, used one vs the GT R.

Sorry but comparing a Ferrari to a Nissian, even if it was the BEST Nissian, is a downhill battle. The GTR is the superior car, but unless you plan to autocross or get a load of speeding tickets, niether car will go anywhere near its limits. I don't think it has so much to do with a "badge whoor" as these two cars are no where similair (IS F vs BMW M3, these types of lineups), but a perception of who they are which comes down to a FERRARI and a Nissian, two completely different brands and lineups.

I'm not surprised if the lowered cost is due to expensive maintenance. Heard $300 for an oil change but cannot confirm.

And you clearly have no idea about the cars being discussed. Big deal it's a Ferrari. While it's an ok car, it isn't as special as you might think. It's not a 458 or 612 or even a 430.

I've actually recently been considering an F360 but they just don't offer enough over modern cars to justify the high expense, high maintenance costs and lack of performance.
