Seems like idiots are lucky. That guy is a moron for not wearing any gear, and doing quite a bit of speed through that intersection which looked like it was a 4 way stop.

Looks like it's from China. From my recent visit to China I can tell you people there just don't wear safety gear for cars and motorcycles. They drive their cars like there no lanes and they do it all w/o seatbelts. They looked at me funny when I put my seatbelt on.

Wow...that dude is one lucky guy. I know that not all states in the US require helmets. Here in CA, we are required but when I travel to states that don't require them, I trip out. Even if CA didn't require a helmet, I'd still ride with one on. Just way too risky. Riding with jeans and a T-Shirt is daring enough for me. Even at that, my wife was not happy when I did!
