Default Spy shot: Honda CBR with touch-screen electronic-adjustable suspension...

Spy shots: Touch-screen multi-mode suspension CBR spied

MCN’s spies have struck gold – ‘the original gold’ in fact – capturing this unique Fireblade (called Fireblade in Europe, Honda CBR in the States) with Multistrada-beating multi-mode suspension.

The development mule was spotted near the Swedish HQ of pre-eminent suspension firm Ohlins – architects of Ducati’s rapturously-received DES riding mode system on the new Multistrada 1200 S.

Unlike the Multistrada however, the Fireblade’s electronically-adjusted forks and shock are operated by a completely new touch-screen interface. It’s also the first time electronic suspension has been fitted to a road-going superbike.

Noriyuki Haga raced a similar set-up to a double win in the Vallelunga round of WSB in 2008 – prompting the FIM into a hasty ban.

So the most interesting Honda is their bike and new Lawn Mower? This seems pretty interesting (though I could be wrong I am not a bike guy).

Yes. Honda motorcycles are great. However, their cars have much to be desired...

wonder how much that'll jack up the retail value on the new bikes if they were to equip with those..

Easy $5-6000 minimum if I had to speculate, probably more.

What about the new lawn mower?

That is some amazing technology being applied to a motorcycle.
