'85 Celica GTS was my first "do all" car that I felt did everything I wanted well. I really loved that car.
As proof I submit the many similarities in it and my IS300 today. I may have gotten what I wanted and upgraded at the same time.

1978 Honda civic hatchback I drove in Okinawa Japan. Got 32 mpg and had a lot of pep for a 4 cyl. Boy you could haul some suitcases in that little car, interior was good quality and the the dash controls were well designed.

I would have liked to keep my '93 SC400 but I couldn't afford to keep it going especially as a second car. Repairs, although seldom, were expensive. At 254,000 miles, there were so many rough edges, it wasn't worth the investment. Still though, the SC was such a great car, I'd love to have another (in better shape) if I could afford two cars.
