I think the RX looks better than the 08 and under MDX but the 09 just blows the RX out of the water with styling and interior that is far better than the RX.. especially the dual exhaust and the aggressive front end..
I too find the interior of the MDX to be much better than the RX. First of all its not minivanish, and its just better crafted and more convenient. Love the solid door handles, the split armrest, etc.
instrument cluster looks so much better (sportier), the ample wood panels above the glove compartment, and of course the NON-MINIVAN shifter location is SOOOOO MUCH better in the MDX...

Well, at least the RX no longer has the awful minivan style seat mounted armrests
