No, that's just it. That was probably once true, but not any more in the auto-buying market we live in today. Manufacturers these days can come out with all kinds of silly designs, and yet they still sell.

The Pontiac Aztek was one of the rare exceptions. It was too ugly for even today's car buyers, though I once saw, at a Pontiac dalership, a young couple come in and fall in love with a white Aztek right there on the spot. After a brief test-drive, they took it home a short time later.

I think you got it backwards. Apparantly the stock ones are NOT bad enough..........if you get my drift.
