I thought Canadian Lexus dealers are not up to par with those fancy U.S. Lexus dealers, particularly those I've heard of in Cali, Florida, etc. Hawaiian Lexus dealers are that bad in this regard ?

If dealerships want to give away small gifts with their repairs and service, fine, but THE most important gift, IMO, is to simply do the job correctly to start with. That also means not having the car come out of the service bay with new scratches, dents, stains, rips, chips, etc.....from careless technicians.

I get free pro v1x's and a free golf towel (well given to me not exactly free). I also got free tint.
Within my family currently we have an LS460, RX330( was my wifes but sold it to my dad) and my IS350. Before I had an is300 and my mom has had an ls400 and ls430 and an sc300 and an rx300 sp we have lots of brand loyalty so they better take care of us.

Yeah I get free tint on every car I buy. I always make them add it in the end. Or I walk just part of the "game."
Lexus knows my family well enough by now that they know I am going to ask for it ahead of time.
Fortunately I got water spots all over my car from somewhere (not sure where) and they are going to fix them all for free

Only got one dealer in the state. There is one on Maui, but it is all Servco owned anyway so its more like another lot on another Island. I think it just has more to do with the lack of money and real estate to build nice fancy facilities. Right now, Honda probably has the best dealership facility in the state since they just built a brand new on at the bottom of a condo high rise building.
