Default New pictures.. My X-type with new rims

What do you think? I know the car sits a little high, but I don't want to mess with the suspension and void the warranty. They are 18x8" on 235/40/18

I'm not liking the rims on that car... To me those rims don't look like they fit the look of that car IMO.

Looks like AMG wheels.

Not bad, a bit larger than I prefer, but if you like them thats all that matters. GL with the car.

I like them now, I was a little worried though after I had ordered them. I wanted to go for a stock optional style wheel.

That's all that matters. I can't pinpoint it, I think if it was dropped I would like it more on those rims.

lol...I guess its time to lower it now. Looks nice lowered, looks OK stock.

Either way, Im happy to see someone put aftermarket rims on a X-type. Never seen that before around here.

It is tough to get a good rim combo on a Jaguar. We had two XJ6s in the 80s and we had looked at aftermarket rims, but tough to find anything that looked decent. I will say that those rims look better than other aftermarket rims I have seen on Jags down here or in the U.S.

I've never cared for the looks of the X-type to be honest, but maybe that's because I've always kinda perceived them as half-way jags, anyway since they share the large majority of their chassis/platform with the Ford Contour.

I also almost never care for aftermarket wheels to be honest - usually I think they look bad. Yours look OK to me though. I don't love them but I don't dislike them either... and coming from me that's probably saying a lot.

It does without a doubt need to be lowered just a bit though. Don't go too extreme though.

Not bad but look very much so like AMG style wheels. Did you get them at Discount Tire, I think MRR or MRB or something is the brand? I was there today and saw an ad for them.
