Same here! I remember driving one of these beasts a long time ago at the dealer. I had a 92 Maxima SE back then and I got an invitation from the local Nissan dealer to test drive the car. What an awesome memory that was!!!

Waaaay better looking than anything they have ever made since then.

I agree with you 100 %, but in the early 90's, I couldn't afford a 300ZX, otherwise, I would have gotten one for sure . . .

Pretty cool commercial. But I guess Im part of the minority here. IMO the 300ZX is one of the worst looking Z cars in Nissan history. Never done a thing for me. Always looked weird, especially that rear end. My neighbor back in NJ has one heavily modded, and I still dont like it much.

Back in the 90's, I remember the z and the celica were the 1st 2 cars that were "aerodynamic, rounded out, futuristic" however you want to call

Of course being in high school, there's no money to buy anything
