Oh yeah, we had those in Miami, and I remember seeing one on Miami Vice, too. For all the beautiful things one could spend $$$ on, someone had to buy this.

Apparently the designer of the Lagonda was only equipped with two items.

A ruler

The long front & rear overhangs make an ugly design even worse.

I don't remember the Lagonda from Miami Vice, but Bruce Willis' character was driven around in a Maserati Quattroporte in one episode. Funky car, but much better presence on the road than the Lagonda.

Wow, I've never seen the wagon. Some wierd part of me liked the Lagonda. I saw my first back in the late 80's in Manhattan.
