Wow, cool find!!! Lexus is really expanding there I guess...they should do some of these in Europe or Australia or elsewhere too...
I see they were focusing on the IS/ES, their newest models...

I know japan has something similar called the brightest days fair. I thought this was pretty interesting i like how it was at a race track i guess thats why they had helmets.
