Thumbs up F1 Shanghai Grand Prix ~ Congrats to Michael Schumacher

What a great race....
Alonso had pole position and had a 40-second lead. Schumacher started 6th and Took the first place.
Really don't want to see Michael Schumacher retires next year....that hurts me more than breaking up with my girlfriend

i wonder how these wet races will be like next year when it will be all bridgestones

i can pretty much say the same about MS's retirement being more painful than my ex-gf breaking up with me a month ago

This has been a really exciting championship. I can't wait to see the next two races in Japan and Brazil!

Thumbs up

Very true guys.....
The next two races will be so exciting
Especially with Michael Schumacher & Fernando Alonso tie in points. Renault & Ferrari are 1 point away from each other in the constructor.

Haha....
It's cool, soon we'll have our F1 Lexus Team, and we'll forget about all our sorrows.

If a Lexus F1 team actually comes into being it will hopefully do better than parent Toyota has done or else you won't be forgetting about any sorrows and will only have more.

As for the race; it was amazing. Not because Michael won but rather how it really showed that in difficult conditions he is simply awesome. His pace vs. any of the other Bridgestone runners was simply incredible. The way he setup Alonso a corner before for the pass was great too.

Now on to Suzuka (RIP after this year) where the weather is looking to be as unpredictable as in Shanghai! Should be great but I'd rather see a dry race with Michael and Fernando duking it out with their skill rather than a tire decided race.

It was a great race indeed. I read that MS, while retiring from racing will still be with Ferrari to help with development, so we may still see him around for some time to come, just not on the race track.

Yes, they are tied but Shumacher actually has the lead because the tie breaker is the driver with more wins which Micheal has. This is great though. Just like when it came down to Micheal and Kimi in the last race of the season a couple years ago

Agree, Toyota is horrible this year.
I think Lexus goes into F1 is a good move on Marketing. At least there will be alot more people on Club Lexus starting follow F1 racing. Of course, Lexus will need to win some races.

lol Alonso and Fisc both did not smile at all on the podium
ok maybe fisc had a slight grin but they both looked pretty pissed after the race...

i dont think lexus should get into F1
lexus is so good at luxury so thats what they should concentrate on
+ Sauber BMW is doing much better these days so it would be extremly hard to beat its competitors in F1

For all the Schumi's gotta-win-no-matter-what annoying attitude, Alonso is crazy... today he said how Renault does not want him to win championship because he is going over to McLaren next season...

that guy is just crazy.
