i can remember back in the late 80's when BBS' were the shiznit. a couple of friends of mine (brothers, 9 months apart, rich as hell) always had the nice rides hooked up with BBS'. one of em had the white 88 mustang GT, the ones with the gray on the bottom. he color matched the BBS' to the gray on the bottom. hotness. the other kid, had a MKII supra turbo. pearl, with the pearl BBS. their mom drove a red vette with the gold BBS. they never drove the cars in the rain. they had broncos as their everyday car. as a grad present (their junior year) one of em got this....

'89 Saleen SSC. i remember this car being on the cover of C & D with the callaway vette. and this bastard got one. sorry for the trip down memory lane....
