That was one of the Safety cars at Laguna Seca this past weekend. The race was called the Monterey Historic Automobile Races presented by Toyota. What you see on the side of the GS450h Safety Car is a vintage racecar. There is also a Silver Camry Hybrid which was also accompanied that car and the GS Pace car I posted in the other thread.

they should have pushed the picture more to the front so the driver looks like hes driving in the passenger seat
