yeah there have been couple of videos about them. pretty neat drifting like that (in some sense)

but the spectators... i don't know what to say

Now that's some crazy hardcore drifting and there were no safety precautions. The spectators were all out on the streets and could have gotten hit easily. The music was ok if you're into techno...

I have robot ears.
And we call that dragging your rear tires not drifing.
I must say that's skill but than again I've never tried myself, it looks like when they switch from reverse to drive they get a little stuck.
In fact I think the only real way of "drifting" a FWD is to throw your wheel as hard as you can while driving fast. Where as a RWD car can just throw the wheel easily going slow and just burn the gas.
