Engine Additives--WHat do you use???

It also depends a lot on the the type of vehicle and mileage. One I would recommend for just about any vehicle at any mileage is Redline WaterWetter for the coolant, though Nology also makes a similar type fluid widely available here in Mexico. Techron is also good but with U.S. gas, unlike where I live, you do not need to use it as often north of the border and with newer vehicles.

The concentrated Techron is what I use down here since only nationalized gas, and gets the job done really quickly.
Sometimes, I use Restore in my oil to get the compression up. I have been using a product called Oil Extreme for a good deal of time and the oil seems to hold up better (I used 0W40 Mobil 1) over time. There are some good friction modifiers out there, but if you don´t race or do a lot of towing, you don´t need them.
Avoid Octane Boosters in a bottle...I have had very minimal effect with those...even guys who use them and adjusted their timing at my track found virtually no different in time.
A couple of other things I like are Mobil 1 ATF for the PSF fluid and Ford Heavy Duty (in some places High Performance) brake fluid, quite a bargain in price for the boiling points, and easily available.
