Anyone install a car interior before?
(This isn't Lexus related, that's why I posted this here)
So I picked up a set of OEM take-off seat covers for the wife's Toyota Highlander. We got it used and it has some cigarette burns and some stains on the seats in the back from kids. Not terrible, but it's the only thing wrong with the vehicle.
Anyway - I picked up a complete interior setup on eBay for $80... SCORE!
I removed the back seat first and I can't seem to figure out how to remove the plastic thingys that accept the head rest posts. I've twisted them and pryed on them, but they don't budge.
Here's a pic
I tried searching around on internet sites that sell seat covers and have only found one where it says to slip the seat cover over this thing. I looked and there's no way it will slip over - the hole is much smaller under the things I'm trying to remove.
Anyone have any tips/suggestions/info on this?
Thanks...

Anyhoo - I got my prob worked out. I started removing the cover from the top and not the bottom. Once I had most of the fabric loose it had enough give for me to work it up and over those plastic thing-a-ma-bobs.
Now all I need is to find some hog ring pliers... nobody around here carries them. Might have to just order them online...argh.
