For typical replacement parts like oil filter, air filter and brake pads, shop at http://www.irontoad.com. They sell Lexus/Toyota OEM parts at discounted prices compared to the local dealership.

However for headlights, you may have to seek other options, like Ebay, a local junkyard or salvage yard, or an online parts distributor like http://www.taprecycling.com

These sound like the same companies who sell the clear corner assemblies for the ES300, and I heard from those who have purchased from them that they haven't had any problems. They are direct bolt-on parts, and the difference is they have the aftermarket look.

If you're willing to pay a discount for parts like them from a site like Ebay, go for it. Otherwise, look into reliable sources like the TAP recycling link from my original post, or the parts dept from your local Toyota dealership (corner lights shouldn't be extravagantly expensive).

I usually check here and our vendors( Carson, Sewell, even aliga) for support first, then I head to ebay. And with your lights similarly, no one here had them.

Long time ago I was also looking for a corner light for my sister's 99 corolla. Bought it for .01c and $8 shipping on ebay.

Here's a link with lots of sellers

I just put in 99 corolla light:
