Okay, we can safely say, split spoke 5s are the new "in" wheel with carmakers. No less in doubt to show off those GIANT brakes now stock on many cars, as well as being more lightweight.

Personally, I have always been a TREMENDOUS fan of this wheel design.[

Those MB ones arent really split are they? I mean I see them cut out a little bit but they still look solid. The ones on that GS are ugly.

I noticed this trend too. It seems EVERY car has to have them. New IS350, M45, etc........

Definitely looks nice on most cars.
