Guys,

For the small price of $129,900 you can own the "Elanor" - and also something that Shakira has rolled around on

I have to wonder if that's really "the" Eleanor... there were eleven of them used for the movie filming...
Not to mention the DOZENS of other G.T.500Es built since then.

My cousin in Ohio has an original one from the days my late uncle owned one. I love that they keep these things going. Simply beautiful.

I think that is a great car but wouldnt pay that price for it. I also read somewhere they used several cars for the movie, maybe thats the only one that made it out in one piece

I wouldn't really mind picking up a movie car, but the last one I looked at, a Skyline, wasn't even operable in the U.S.

I wonder if this is the real deal too. I know some company was making replicas of this car for some time now. I believe Jason Giambi is a owner of one as well.

That is my dream machine. The 67 GT500. The GT500. I would take this car over any Ferrari. Pure american muscle with a beautiful soundtrack

Why in the hell would you pay this much. Shelby will build you one exactly like it.

From IMDB.com:

Cinema Vehicle Services actually produced 12 different "Eleanors" for use in the production of this film. None of the 12 were actual Shelby Mustangs but converted standard 1967 Mustang fastbacks. Of those cars, seven survived the filming in various states of repair. A 13th Eleanor, based on a real 1967 Shelby GT500 was prepared by Cinema Vehicle Services for producer Jerry Bruckheimer, but that car did not appear in the film.
