Default Need your help on this 68 Camaro RS

I have 1968 Camaro RS with fender modifications. The car has been garaged for the last 7 years, and I have decided to sell it. The car was a gift, so I don't really have an i dea on how much this car is worth. The body and interior is in good condition, and there isn't any major problems with it. The car does not run, but it looks like a great fix it uper. From the pictures, how much is this car worth? I put this car on my local paper for $6500. I'm not sure if that too much or not, can you please help.

Thanks a ton!!

What motor is in it? 327? Or is it an SS/RS?

Any idea if it's been swapped out (aka do the numbers match.... is the engine in what came in it?

It's an RS, and I'm not sure about the motor, but most likely it needs to be taken out and get some tlc. Most likely, I think the numbers do not match, but I'll check tomorrow. The car was passed down to me, so I don't really have any info about the car.

A lot of the value of the car is going to be driven more by how much original equipment is on the car if a collector is buying it. Do some google searching on matching the engine code to the car - lots of resources out there. That'll also tell you the HP rating on the motor from the factory.

I'd look for a used set (or repro) of cheapo Chevy Rally wheels and tires to stick on there... will get a lot more looks
