Audi is considering building a competitor to the Mercedes CLS-Class, according to Germany’s Auto Motor und Sport magazine. Called the “A7,” the four-door coupe is expected to debut some time after the A5 two-door. The A5, according to the report, will at the end of 2007, as a 2008 model. We suspect the 2009 A7 might share a platform with the much-rumored Volkswagen four-door coupe, however no solid information is available at this time.

Ahh yes, they are all now getting in on the action. This one might look a little to much like the A6. IMO it already has a sweepy design, though no where near as curvacious as the CLS.

So this means Audi and VW will have CLS type cars??!!! Dont agree. CRAZY.

Doesn't look like there's a whole lot of head room in back.

I like the looks of it, but I hardly think Audi is even in the same league as Mercedes.
