Pagani Zonda F unveiled ahead of Geneva
In comparison to its F Coupè, Pagani describes the Zonda F roadster as “enhanced by the pleasure of driving with a gentle breeze in your hair.” We imagine the velocities you’ll reach thanks to its Mercedes AMG-derived 7.3L V12 engine will produce something more dramatic than a gentle breeze in your hair. You may not have any hair left at all after reaching its top speed of 214 mph with the top down.
Self-proclaimed as the most expensive roadster in the world (though no price is given), the Zonda F will no doubt liberate hundreds of thousands of dollars from your trust fund. We think sinking into financial insecurity is worth it for a one-way ticket to 62 mph in 3.6 seconds and the symphonic sound of 12 cylinders producing 650 hp and 575 ft-lbs. of torque behind your head. No?
Only 25 will be produced :http://www.italiaspeed.com/2006/moto...gani/2102.html

Geneva Show: Zonda Roadster F Stands for Fast 'n Furious
GENEVA, Switzerland — Horatio Pagani, whose small-scale operation near Modena is producing just a handful of exotic sports cars this year, introduced a fine-tuned version of the Pagani Roadster at the Geneva show.
Called the Roadster F, it follows on the path of the Zonda F coupe, which was unveiled last year.
"F" may stand for either "fast" or "furious" — the Zonda is both. It is a tribute to the late Juan Manuel Fangio, one of the legends of Grand Prix racing, who like Sr. Pagani originated from Argentina.
The quiet-talking Pagani previously worked in the aircraft industry, where precision and use of highly expensive materials are the norm. That's why his Zonda is meticulously built by hand from carbon fiber.
So what's the difference between a "normal" Zonda Roadster and an F, you may ask. Well, the engine is more powerful, the suspension has been specially tuned and inside there are some small changes.
Plus the new Roadster F will be built in a limited series of just 25 units. Each one will have a weight of 2,712 pounds, with an AMG-tuned, Mercedes-sourced 7.3-liter, V12 engine tuned to reach 650 hp. So it is no wonder that the two-seater roadster flies like a jet: 0-125 mph in 9.8 seconds to be exact, and you can surpass 190 mph easily.
What this means to you: To buy one of these beauties, it would help to own an oil well.
