Keynote Systems surveryed 2,600 prospective car buyers as they searched and performed tasks on luxury auto Web sites and ranked these luxury auto sites in more than a dozen categories including customer satisfaction, customer acquisition and brand affinity. In the Keynote Customer Experience Rankings, Cadiallac was #1, Lexus #2 and Saab #3.

The main problem with the Cadillac site, though, is that it seems to take forever to download unles you have a supercomputer. That just doesn't cut it when you want to ( or need to ) hunt up some info quickly.

Lexus web site kind of boring, doesn't have fun likes game, music, and downloading anything. Other than wallpaper downloading and screen saver!

I agree, this is the 2nd time the Lexus site has scored real high, I don't really like it.
The Caddy site is nice and easy to use, kudos to them
