Will Lexus ever make a MINIVAN?
I have a RX330 and I like it a lot. The service I get from the dealer is great.
In the future, my family will grow and we want a minivan.. but Lexus doesn't offer one. Why not?
I think it would be great if they can produce a luxury Minivan...
What do you think?

Minivan & a luxury nameplate doesn't go together IMO. A well equipped Toyata Sienna is as well built & luxurious to be called a Lexus, as some reviewers noted, & I think it should stay a Toyota.

The next LX will be much bigger, think Sequoia sized.

There's some good discussion in this thread we had a couple months ago regarding this.

There will never be a Lexus minivan, thank God. I don't think there would be much of a market for a $60K minivan. Those that want some luxury can choose from a loaded Sienna or the Chrysler Town & Country.
Luxury beyond this doesn't make too much sense for a large family.
Some of you guys said the Sienna is the most luxurious but I think the Town & Country has it beat in luxury in many areas.

I think Toyota and Honda are pricing their vans to over $35,000 to see if people would actually spent that much on a van. And maybe if it is popular and I do to think it is as I see many top of the line Siennas daily it will spark them to create Acura and Lexus minivans who knows?

Yes...the Town and Country is the minivan I would choose for a smooth, quiet ride...it is very impressive in this area....though the Sienna is close. And Chrysler's Stow-and-Go seats have even the Sienna and Odyssey beat. Both the Town and Country and the Sienna offer AWD for the Snow Belt. But transmission durability and cheap hardware have long been weakpoints for all of the Chrysler minivans.
