Unhappy water leak drivers side

I am trying to find the leak on my drivers side door. I have pin pointed it to excess water traveling inside my door and then leaking out between the inside door panel and the door. From there the water lands right in the middle of the door gasket and fills up the middle channel. Then it drips right over into my car.

How hard is it to change the squegee type gasket at the bottom of the window frame on the outside of the door? How do you do it? Where can I get instructions on the repair?

Lexus wants $200 to fix it.

Thanks

Check with Olympic Auto Parts if they have a shop in your area www.olyparts.com They carry a pretty wide range of import parts at good prices.

But you may need more than just a new piece of rubber stripping, especially if that water leaking down indide the door has corroded or rusted out any electrical connections and power window / power door lock fixtures...or is about to. Take the door panel off and look at everything carefully.
