What do you guys think about putting gold rims on a white SC300? I saw a guy with a white GS put gold on his car and it looks bad a$$. So now Im stuck between mesh or gold rims.

I think gold rims would be hot on a pearl white. I remember seeing a pic of a white SC with gold rims and the Vertex kit. Now that was bad @ss.

do driver side mesh and passenger side gold. problem worked and solved.

white with the gold mesh wheels looks good! if i can remember, the next time I see my buddy, hes got a Type R in the championship white with 18" advan Siena II in the gold. Car looks super sweet.

The picture was too big so it wouldnt attach Lexcoupe your car looks sweet with the bomex kit, but I cant really make out the color of your wheels.

Its VERY slightly gold. It looks good as well. Man I havent even got my SC yet and Ive already thought of EVERYTHING that needs to be done to the car ( I will be picking it up next week). My LS and 7 are gonna feel so neglected after I get my SC. The only complaint I have about the SC is its not a V8. Im so used to V8 rumble now. When I drove the SC3 today it felt so powerless (hence the turbo soon to come). I guess I'll have to find some really nice exhaust to make the car sound V8ish. Any recomendations guys? Ive searched many times for exhausts but havent really came to a decision.

Gold wheels with silver polished lip on a white sports coupe should look hot, but preferably with thicker spokes(5 or 6), not with meshwheels.

Thanks, the bomex kit looks soo much better in person than on their website. The pics on that site dont do it justice. I do think that it is played out, but it was all i could afford back when i was 16... I wish i could have gotten something a little more classy, and less agressive. I got the wheel color from this pic here. They are light gold. Good luck with your SC!

Yea bomex kits ARE getting played out but I still think its the best kit available for the SC. I give a close second to the Vertex kit.

gold rims on a white car is awesome. if i had a white sc, i would go with gold wheels. the guys at mackin suggested gold wheels on my gold sc...but i thought that was a bit much

but please do not do gold tint. that would ruin everything. you don't need anything to tie in gold wheels to the white car. just lower it and maybe a nice kit. i often see a stock white g35c with gold volks and i think it looks great. just make sure that the wheels are nice.
