Short answer...you are better off taking to an independent garage instead of dealership.

Off the top of my head:
Mississauga - Aussie Auto
Markham - Bullock City, iGarage, L&G Auto

But if you really need to take to a dealership, I had very good experience with Erin Park Toyota/Lexus. I have to disclose that I know the staff and managers. Therefore, that might have impact on their services.

I typically do everything myself from simple oil change to timing belt / water pump.

The going rate at a Lexus dealer locally is about $99 plus tax according to their websites. I just had mine done at KSL for $105 inclusive.

+1 for BDSL's suggestions if you don't go to the dealer. I have an oil filter and am scoping out oil deals at CT or Partsource for my next oil change, whether bring it to one of those places he mentioned or DIY. But honestly, I am thinking if an oil change at a dealer is only $20 more, you might was well go to the dealer just to have the service done on file, especially if the car is under warranty. Probably helps resale value too.

+1 for Aussie Auto, pretty honest guys there. Although they aren't vastly cheaper than dealer prices; they still are cheaper (if that makes sense lol).

Default This is what I did

Just take your car to a Toyota dealer instead of Lexus, It will cost about 45$ less at Toyota, I did the oil change for my Lexus RC 350 F at Toyota.

Does Toyota use synthetic oil? I went to the Lexus dealer for an oil change and was told I needed synthetic and ended up spending $20 extra because my car required it.... I am wondering what Lexus models don't.

I believe it's 5W-30 Conventional. Synthetic isn't required as it's a preference of the user.
