Default IS250 Owner's/Technician's - Nagivation Help

I purchased a used IS250 as a lease return with the ECP extended warranty. I purchased an extra 4years -160K ECP.
Couple days back the touch screen on the navigation stopped working. All other buttons are working fine. The maps are working but I cannot use the touch screen. With the colder weather coming I need some help. I cannot get the heating to work as the touch screen is not working.
I called the dealership and apparently the electrically warranty is only 50K and the ECP won't cover it.

Need some help/ suggestions to help with with the issue.

Suggestions - any help would be great!!
