Good day!

My name is Pascal and I'm a recently gratuated student from university, working for the federal government since a few years now. I always been a Lexus enthousiast since my young age and I'm planning on buying my first IS250 this summer. That said, I always wanted the LEDs in the headlight so I'm guessing I must buy after 2011 (from what I've seen?) and I find 2011 models looking better than the previous ones (the front bumper is different).

Here's my question

1) Are canadian lexus different from american lexus? All of the used 2011 I see on kijiji doesn't seem to have the LEDS in the headlight but when I search ''2011 Is 250'' on google, they all have it...?

2) What would be a good price to pay for a 2011-2012 IS250 AWD + premium group (leather, GPS and backup camera) with decent kms?
